GENERAL USAGE RULES

No foul language is allowed inside the arena at any time.

No fighting or harsh physical interaction is permitted.

Only trainer shoes are allowed on the fields/courts.

Shalwar kameez is not permitted on the fields/courts.

Smoking is strictly prohibited on the fields/courts.

Studs are not allowed on the fields/courts.

Only grippers are permitted on the futsal field.
-
No weapons are allowed inside the arena.
-
Drug use is strictly prohibited.

Children under 10 years of age are not allowed on the padel courts.
After 12 AM, bookings must be paid 100% in advance.
The remaining amount must be cleared before leaving the arena.
All equipment must be returned to management after use.
Any damages caused to property or equipment will be charged extra to the responsible booking party.
Parking is at your own risk. Arena by Sunrise is not responsible for any damage or loss to vehicles.
Arena by Sunrise management reserves the right to enforce these rules and take appropriate action, including removal from the premises in case of violations.
To cancel a paid booking, please inform us at least 12 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the booking time will not be reimbursed.
