At Arena by Sunrise, we strive to provide a seamless booking experience for both users and arena owners. This Returns and Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding payments, refunds, and rescheduling.

By using our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

⚫ Payment Methods Users can pay for court bookings:

Direct Payment to Arena Owners: Via bank transfer, JazzCash, or other agreed-upon methods.

⚫ Refund Policy 
A Payments Made Directly to Arena Owners
Refunds (if applicable) are solely at the discretion of the arena owner.

Each arena has its own refund policy, which should be reviewed before booking.

Arena by Sunrise does not process or mediate refunds for direct payments.

B. Online Payments Made via Our Platform
All payments processed through our platform are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

If an arena owner agrees to a refund, they will process it via their preferred payment method (bank transfer, JazzCash, etc.), not through our platform.

We do not handle refunds between users and arenas.

⚫ Rescheduling Bookings
Rescheduling is subject to the arena owner’s policy.

Users must contact the arena directly to request changes.

Arena by Sunrise does not guarantee rescheduling and will not intervene in such matters.

⚫ Disputes & Payment Issues For disputes related to refunds or rescheduling, contact the arena owner directly.
