By using our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Direct Payment to Arena Owners: Via bank transfer, JazzCash, or other agreed-upon methods.
Each arena has its own refund policy, which should be reviewed before booking.
Arena by Sunrise does not process or mediate refunds for direct payments.
B. Online Payments Made via Our Platform
All payments processed through our platform are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
If an arena owner agrees to a refund, they will process it via their preferred payment method (bank transfer, JazzCash, etc.), not through our platform.
We do not handle refunds between users and arenas.
Users must contact the arena directly to request changes.
Arena by Sunrise does not guarantee rescheduling and will not intervene in such matters.
